You will receive a tracking number to your email or through SMS based on the information you have provided on your account. If you do not receive this you can request it by emailing enquiries@thegiftyroom.com

Not all parcels are signed for only if the item has been requested to be sent via signed for delivery. If you are not in the courier should leave a card for you to arrange collection from a local depot or rearrange delivery.

For deliveries within the UK we use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our couriers. For overseas we use DPD.

Yes we ship worldwide, but depending on where you live you may need to contact us for a direct quote. Please see further info in our T&C’s

We offer both standard & express UK delivery services & international options. Your shipping will be calculated dependent on weight and area. Please see further info in T&C’s

Yes, you can add multiple addresses to your account address book, or just add a different delivery address at checkout.

Please note that due to our items being personalised we do not offer returns or exchanges on our items. So please make sure that the correct size(s) are ordered and personalised names are spelt correctly. For damaged items please email enquiries@thegiftyroom.com

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receipt of your item(s). You will be notified when the refund has been processed and we will credit you using the original method of payment you used to order the item(s). Please note payments can take up to a further 10 days to show on your card.

We are unable to change your order once it has been processed by dispatch team, however please email enquiries@thegiftyroom.com and we will aim to help where possible.
